Yes, we supply the EU — properly
Buying Netgate hardware from a UK reseller used to mean the wrong plug, a surprise VAT charge and a shrug about delivery. We do it properly: every appliance is available with the EU (IEC Type E/F) plug as a factory option at no extra charge, quotes come in euros or pounds — your choice — and with a valid EU VAT ID your invoice is typically zero-rated for UK VAT, with VAT accounted for in your own country under the reverse-charge mechanism. Delivery to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the rest of the EU is quoted up front, all-in, with no surprises at the door.
Every unit is genuine Netgate stock supplied through the official partner channel, with Netgate's one-year hardware warranty and pfSense® Plus licensed for the life of the device.

How ordering from the EU works
- Enquire — order through the site (choose your country at checkout) or just email us. No payment is taken online for EU orders.
- Quote — within one working day you get a formal quote in EUR or GBP: hardware, delivery to your country, plug type confirmed, and the correct VAT treatment for your business.
- Invoice & payment — zero-rated with a valid EU VAT ID; payment by bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT).
- Delivery — supplied to order through Netgate's distribution with the EU (Type E/F) plug, tracked and typically with you in 7–10 working days of payment.

Our pricing is set in GBP; the euro figures below are converted at the live exchange rate (≈ €1.15 / £1) and are indicative, excluding VAT — your formal quote fixes the exact figure, and with a valid EU VAT ID the invoice is typically zero-rated.
